Just to make sure - "ROW" stands for "Rest Of the World", or...?

oh and also.. this 'face to face', will this still be occurring in Turkey, as was announced when the Board was announced?

If so... in the current economic climate, wouldn't it be prudent to consider a different venue; one that is closer and easier to get to for the majority of your board who IIRC are in the US?

Gee, who would have though that legomymalfoy would miss another meeting and needs to work on her community involvement?

It's as if she never cared about being an advocate for the users to help improve Livejournal but instead treated it as a popularity contest. I'm "shocked."

Hey, I'm more than happy to step into the useless reps' shoes and actually be available for meetings and engage with the LJ members in the interim, since, y'know... they seem to not be able to do so.

No indeed - minutes provide a record of who said what and how decisions were reached.

Glad to know you guys know the definition of Minutes...
Because a List/Outline and Minutes are exactly the same.

No--minutes are more substantive and provide a record of actions and decisions. This is an agenda.

There aren't minutes. They may be an agenda that for some reason needed to be approved 17 days after the meeting took place, but they're not minutes. In any event, why was there a delay in posting this 14 business days after the agenda was approved (and more than a month after the actual meeting)?

That's a ridiculously weak attempt at transparency. Why bother?

We (my friendslist circle) have noticed a rise in Russian BOT activity and friending. I think that should be on the list for the Board to look into. I wonder if that is the upswing in activity from the Russian sector. Dummy BOT accounts. We have had a bunch of them friend through out accounts.

Just bringing that up here. We do flag them but they are annoying.
